How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

Additionally, you should receive follow-up emails regarding your package's updated status during the delivery process.

How long does it take for my purchase to ship?

It typically takes 2-5 days for products to be shipped from our facility, and begin making their way to you.

This is because our items are made to order. Unlike some mega-corporations, we don't have the resources to get you the goods in a day's time, but our made-to-order model also means a huge reduction in waste, hurray!

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us immediately regarding the issue and we will assist you as soon as possible to try and correct the issue.

We try to avoid instances such as these as much as possible, but due to factors in or out of our control, there is risk of them occurring, which is why we aim to do our best to take corrective action and provide the best experience possible in these cases.

How do I make a return?

Overall, we have a 30-day return policy, and to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, its original packaging, and a receipt or proof of purchase.
